Why am I chuffed to little mint balls I hear you ask?
Weeeeeellllll, after trying and trying and trying and trying some more, I had given up hope of ever being able to do it - but I can now do this -

This is my second attempt at anything crochet other than trying to learn the stitches! The middle may look a bit strange - this was meant to be a practice Granny Square, but it seems to have grown within the last day to this

All it took was for me to sit down with my trusty laptop and watch Youtube till my eyes were sore, and then again the next day with a crochet needle and a ball of yarn -

I am itching to try something else now, but I still need to learn a few, sorry loads of stitches as I still can't follow a pattern - I'd love to be able to make flower brooches and butterflies, just don't ask me why!!
